Where do we begin telling you about Lisa and Corey’s wedding day?   It was such a special day, filled with love and emotion, and we felt VERY HONORED to be a part of it!   We started the day at Spring Lake Park , later arriving at Messiah Lutheran Church for a beautiful ceremony and then headed to the Mankato Golf Club for a fantastic reception!   It’s hard to even describe some of the incredible moments of the day, so we will just have to share a “few” pics with you to help tell their story!

Eye-catching to say the least!

Lisa’s mom gifted her with a very special ring that she had redone to add some “blue” for the wedding.   It was Lisa’s grandmother’s engagement ring!   Isn’t that special?!

Lisa carried a sweet reminder with her throughout the day . . . her pilot grandfather’s flight pin!

LOVE the tears welling up in Lisa’s eyes as her sister gave her speech.

Before Lisa and Corey began their first dance, the guests were entertained with the story of their romance!   It was another very emotional time, but so special as well!

And then Lisa danced with her father.  It wasn’t just any dance, though.  And honestly, we can’t even remember what song was played.   As they were dancing, we heard the voice of Lisa’s father, telling her of his love for her and the pride he felt because of her.   That is truly all we will ever remember! (and maybe how difficult it is to take photographs when you yourself are crying!!)   Truly a BEAUTIFUL moment!   So much emotion in one dance!

One very happy and proud Momma!   So sweet!

Who knew that throwing bouquets in the air could be so much fun?
